He isn't a 5-star Dentist. First and second-hand experience with him as follows: When I sought to find a local dentist I went to him because my friend went to him (because her friend went to him). He seemed friendly but I wasn't there to make friends but to have someone care for my dental health. When he was examining my teeth, rather than talking to me about what problem he found, he chose to talk to his young, attractive dental assistant student about his findings. He never once said, " look, here's what I found" or "you need to change the way you're using your electric toothbrush " (which was the matter by the way). Soon after this, he couldn't pinpoint a cavity concern on my friend's teeth, so he erred and did dental work on the wrong tooth. When things got worse & more painful, my friend was finally referred to a specialist (endodontist) to resolve the issue. Maybe his assistants have been rating him 5-stars for his kindness or a job referral.

Love him. I was terrified of dentist as a child.
Went to him in my early 20s . He is patient and been with him for 30,yrs.

My entire family adores Dr. Natsuhara and his staff !! We all LOVE going to the office due to the warm, welcoming personalities of the staff and the very professional care provided. We often comment on the hospitable and caring way that the staff treats patients. Our family is so impressed that once ,when we considered moving out of state, we talked about arranging our dental appointments around visits home so we could remain patients! I highly recommend this dentist (:

After what has seemed like a lifetime of bad dentistry, rough hygienists and a serious fear of returning to the dentist, my family and I have finally found a great dentist! Dr. Natsuhara takes the time to discuss my treatment and make sure all my questions and concerns are addressed. Couple this with a gentle, yet thorough hygienist with great tips on flossing and dental care. It is comforting to know that there's a Dr. that genuinely cares about your health and well being. Not only is Dr. Natushara passionate about dentistry but He is warm and gentle in his approach, and rigorous with his standards. All of his staff is very qualified and equally attentive. He hires and supports the best staff, treating them with respect and care.
