Took my 6 year old Son in for an exam and cleaning. That went fine, but I was told that he needed work and the office wanted to refer him to oral surgery to be sedated. I said no. I waited a month for my Son's return visit. The Dr. was working on an adult Patient and we waited about 20 minute past our appointment time. The Dr. came in and told me again that he should go to oral surgery and be sedated and get all work done in 1visit. I again said no. They began to give my Son the oral numbing shot. I told them to just explain what they're doing so my very inquist Son would feel more comfortable. The Dr. did just the opposite and was trying to hide the needle. My Son kept sitting up to look and then the Nurse told him relax and trust them. Doctor said that he wanted to give him a referral and not work on him cause he didn't want my Son to pass out. Then went right back to his Patient that kept him from working on my Son on time. Waste of time!

This place is a joke not professional at all they have no idea how to run a business was waiting for over an hour just to fins out the receptionist never even wrote in my appt they really need alot more training
