NuSmile dental are the best. The staff are great and helpful. They helped my daughter get her full smile back. I really recommend people to go to nuSmile.

If they had zero stars I would give them that. My husband went in for an exam they were good up until this point. When it came time for his extraction they quoted me a price. I went before his procedure and talked with the front desk clerks, about giving him pain medication and antibiotics. They stated it would be taken care of. I at this point was satisfied and payed up front. They were suppose to take out 2 teeth and only did one. In the process they ripped up the side of his mouth, gave him no antibiotics or pain meds and did not refund him the left over money. I called down there and they said the doctor could not prescribe pain meds, which is unheard of as I am a nurse unless they are practicing under a restricted license. He was in a lot of pain finally I went down there, got my money back and let them know I would not be returning and neither would he. Don't go here please the Mexican receptionist is pretty unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone and he will be going else where to get his other tooth removed

THEY CALLED ME to come in for a readjustment. I came in and the partial which seemed okay was taken to the back and readjusted and I have had problems with it ever since. I was charged and told I could come back if I found that didn't work well. When I just tried to make an appointment I was told that I would have to pay another 25 dollars I am still trying to pay off the initial fee. If someone knows of someone what wants to help their client rather than steal money their client doesn't have please let me know who can help.
Does any body know where Stella who used to work at NuSmile is working now? I would like to know.

I went in in january, and i was given estimate of 7200$ copay or deductable with my insurance for 2 root canals.yesterday they call me and 7200$ went down to 00$ i went in today,the dentist was in bad mood,and i was the only patient there, i waited 50 minutes on treatment table then got numbed and half hour later treatment start, i could tell dentist was already frusrated,upset,fatige,so here u go after 20 minutes ,he said he has bad news, he cannot complete root canal on tooth 14 coz its hard to get into the canal,its blocked(i didnot know that God make some teeth with open canal with just a zip lock on top for easy opening)and allegdly nobody can see that in xray, so hes gona have to leave half root there with open cavity till i see a specialist, tooth 13 has a larg decay so i need an impalnt now(30 minutes ago itwas easy root canal with build up that dont even needed a crown)so when i ask why i was not told that before proceedure ??, that made the already frustrated dentist upset ,his upper lip start trembling and he told me hes gonna kick me out if i ask one more question,,,and that he just did not wana waste time on my teeth, thats why he wanted to just sent me somewhere else unless i am willing to pay whatever is easy and time saving for him,,i could not expected that kind of behavior from any dentist so i was stunned to see, that an indian doctor who cannot even speak proper english ,may even is fake dentist(fake degrees are common in india) talk to patients, a doctor/ dentist or professional behavior is enough to tell you how he got his degree,,all the reiviews on net are fake about him,his satff and himself post them,,,so now i have two open cavities,half root canal with a extremly dangrous risk of fatal infection,and he would b nuts to think he can get away with this.there is legal process on its way with some govenment agencies and insurance companies

Was welcomed by the lovely and kind Staff as soon as I walked in. Very friendly environment .....with today's experience I will want to go back again. Thank you NuSmile staff for the kindness and friendly customer service. It is worth making a trip to here.
