Very friendly place the ladies in the front very respectful my daughter was getting fuzzy from waiting on her uncle to get out and one of the ladies came up and gave a toy to my daughter very nice of them really coming back to this place

Not recommended.

Here's how they do things. They charge the maximum your insurance will allow per item.

Total scam. When I didn't have insurance, 700 for a crown, when insurance kicked in in Jan they tried to change to 2000 which is what my insurance will pay.

I told them bait and switch. You already have me in writing 700.

Had to fight with the nasty office manager and drag the dentist into it. He didn't want to get hot for bait and switch.

If you do go, ask for cash price. Don't tell you have insurance.

Medical and dental industries with insurance industries are racketeers.

I used to liked this place but this is the third time on the road that I HAVE YO WAITED MORE THE ONE HOUR.. they don't care.

I wanna use only one word for these people.. THUGS. Please make sure u get everything in writing before u start anything with them. At first, I was told $1600 all together for extractions and to put new partials which had $1000 Co payment and $600 from my insurance. I ended up paying almost 1400 just for extractions. Since my insurance was thru my seasonal job, it's gonna end by the end of nov. So I decided to pay out of my pocket for my partials. Called them on 23rd to get an appt n lady at front desk told me $1000 to get partials. Showed up today n they r asking $1100 for upper partials and $1100 for lower.. R U KIDDING ME?

Get your shyt together village dental. I wish I shudve recorded the call. Would never recommend to anyone
