My daughter's appointment was at 9. Waited until 9:45 just to be called. Didnt even see the doctor until 10:15 ish. All the while, they're calling in people who can in after we did and people who have appointments after mines. When I went up to ask about why they weren't calling us, they said that we were next. They ended up calling 3-4 more people before us.

They seem prejudice towards white people, and the staff in the front desk are rude.

This by far is one of the worst medical hospitals is have ever had to deal with. Not by choice i was told by the new insurance to try this place it was a new building at the time. My first impression was it was stinky and crowded. The staff was not nice unhappy rude. I also had a appointment but had to wait a hour after my appointment time to be told i could only choose one of the two symptoms my daughter was experiencing at the time.i waited for the rudest dr she was filipino told me to choose my daughters headaches or her dizziness i told her i'm not choosing she told me i have ten minutes for you i can only treat one symptom there are a lot of people in the waiting room and she couldn't talk time to help us more than another.she then said to come back in a week for the other symptoms i told her i will never come back and i will report her. I also called my insurance who told me that is dangerous and they will make a complaint. I feel bad for the families who are unaware of this treatment.

Every time I come here, they take over an hour to get you in.
