Before I had signed up with All State, i was told that I could terminate my policy at anytime...

A year roles by after signing up with All State when my used car broke down. I couldn't afford to fix it, so it sat in the driveway for 2 months before I decided to call All Dtate to have it cancled in Novemeber of 2015.

I couldn't cancle my insurance because the car was still under my name and that I had not released liablity yet. I tried changing my direct deposit information to avoid any future withdraws from All State, but they managed to find a way to continue auto withdrawing from my bank account. Even though i changed information, they managed to find out my new bank info and continued to take my money until I finally the car donated.

Novemeber 2016 is just around the corner, I don't have a car, but I still have a policy number?

When the car was donated in September of last month, all they claim they can do is reimburse me for 1 months worth. They had taken over $1000 since the first day I made a phone call last year (Nov 2015) to cancle insurance plan. It may have taken almost a year to donate my car, but if I had known any better I would have gotten rid of it a lot sooner. It was costing me more on insurance than i could save up to repaire the car, so i had to get rid of my car just to get rid of my insurance.

Their regional managers have denied my claim and I'm only offered $100 back. They say that it's due to state regulations. Being separate from the state, I really think they have an option to give this money back. They just don't want to give back more by claiming the "rules and regulations" of the state.

I never plan on being a customer of All State in the future unless they fully reimburse me from the moment I had originally tried to terminate my insurance policy dating back to Novemeber of 2015.

I have renters & life insurance with them. They work with your budget and are very knowledgeable. They explain everything so that you know what you are delving into. Claudia is always very helpful with my questions and concerns & I would recommend Allstate to my friends and family.

I had insurance with “Flo” for more than seven years and was seeking to get a better rate. Claudia was able to help me get lower monthly payments and higher insurance limits, which was music to my wallet! I’ve now been with Allstate for four years and couldn’t be any happier. Tim’s office takes the time to do a yearly review of my policy to offer additional benefits or to check and see if I would like to make any changes. The icing on the cake is that they are one of the few offices open on Saturdays, which allows me to pop in without taking time away from job.
