Their Claims Adjuster, Renee Hester, lied to my doctor, saying that there was no proof that I was exposed to respirable crystalline silica. She wrote a letter to the doctor stating this the day after I told her that the MSDSs that I ordered from our suppliers indeed said that I was exposed. I'm sick from the exposure, and my life will be shortened from the exposure. They stopped my benefits, and they prevented me from being present at the air-monitoring test conducted by OSHA. I have been fighting with State Compensation Insurance Fund for ten months to get my benefits back, because Renee Hester stopped my benefits in response to my confrontation on their lie to my doctors and to OSHA. I have PTSD, OCD, motor/vocal tics so large I run into walls if I'm too close. I have been left with nothing and no way to get all the medicine and proper healing foods that I need. Don't use SCIF unless you want to be sick and thrown away.
