I just went there, asked for a chicken fajita burrito no sour crea! NO SOUR CREAM! When i get home f'n sour cream! That place isnt the same since i quit!

I love pollo loco but the size of the chicken pieces is too small anyways is the best on the grill and the sides are great!

The service in the restaurant was good. They were really busy but the staff acknowledged everyone and apologized for the wait. It's was very clean. The food was good. Only thing was that the parking is terrible and the wait in the drive thru takes forever.

I love Pollo Loco because of the deliciously seasoned chicken and it's some what healthy options. However they took 11 minutes to get us our food. I am not complaining about how long it took for the food to get out, I was disappointed because they got our wrong. Disappointed!
