One of my favorites here in Stockton. I usually get a shrimp plate . Has a full bar lots of variety. Also a salsa/salad bar very tasty. Usually crowded mid day and Sundays. Worth the wait.

This place has lost its taste. Bad service. You can hear and see the older waitresses/waiters yelling and giving the younger ones bad attitude makes it really uncomfortable. They took a while to notice us, but when they did the whole thing became uncomfortable. I didn't tip and I feel no remorse on not tipping.

Very nice old flour mill warehouse at the water. Nice ambience, bar, strolling guitarists. The service was not very efficient. The Coffee was old and burnt for $3.25. Homemade tortillas, and refried beans. The Rice was a bit bland but not bad.
The beef enchilada had a robust flavor and the pork verde burrito was also flavorful. If the waitstaff was a bit more welcoming, and the kitchen worked on the flavors of the staples Nena's would earn that fifth star!

This place has a rustic feel. There is a karaoke night tonight that seems to have some great local talent. The bar back Berenice, I think that's how it's spelled ;), and the bartender Don Julio are so charming. My girlfriend and I are excited for the $1 tacos and dancing later on tonight. We'll be back soon. Could use a total remodel in about a few years! Bring in the 21st century I say.
