The food is great in my opinion. They have the best tiramisu, the staff are super nice and allow you to take your time. Once you're done with the food, you can just swipe your credit card or place your money on the table and you're out.

Food was great I recommend .Greeters not so nice they rolled their eyes at us for asking a question. They sat a bunch of people before us.Even though we were there before them. Our waitress was amazing greeters not so much. Besides that food was great.

Had the all you can eat soup and salad. And don't forget they're tasty bread. Excellent service. I would recommend it for everyone!

We were seated in a very cramped part of the building. Right next to the bathrooms. It was so cramped it was almost like the guests sitting at the surrounding tables could've merged with our table. Our plans of not having the staff sing "Happy Birthday" to my nephew were ruined when our server brought out a chocolate cake and brought a few coworkers to sing said song. The only point of this rating is that MOST of the order was right as we had to get a dressing-free salad separate from the regular salad. The San Jose, CA location has better service.

When we arrived, even though it was a busy Friday night, we were acknowledged and given a pager ( Thank you online waiting list) and were able to enjoy half price wine while we waited for our table. Customer service was on point and friendly. Presentation of our meal was wonderful, however going for our second round of the never ending pasta bowl, not so great. First plate was a large pasta plate and the second was a bowl. That was the reason they are getting 4 stars.
