Awful customer service, tries to force unnecessary services. I would never bring my fur babies back to this place again. Even if you pay a little more somewhere else, you’ll be happier. Highly recommend NOT doing business at this place.

Used to be a very good vet until Dr. Song left and handed down her business to family. Charged us hundreds for needless exams and referred us elsewhere for no reason. Too many pain meds for a dog no longer with us! Best advice we got was from the vet we were referred to; get a new vet!

They seem to have fair prices . They are pretty busy I will warn you you could wait up to an hour for each visit. They say they open at 7:30 but the doctor doesn't actually get there till 8. The doctors and staff can be difficult to deal with. Especially if you seem to be in a hurry. Three stars because my dog is still healthy and alive after surgery. Thanks Dr Song.

Doctors were great and informative. My dog was dying and they let me come in the back till closing time to be with her! She died that night so I'm very grateful for the last moments I got to sirens with her thanks to the doctors here

I love Dr Song, she's amazing. She comes off as grouchy but she really is a sweetheart. When we had to put my cat down, she held my hand in hers over his body and said a prayer and cried with me. She knows what she is talking about and is a great vet and person. However, now that her daughter is there the prices have skyrocketed and I can no longer afford to take my animals there.
