I am editing my review due to the effort of Dr Frey. I was very impressed with his sincere effort to make the situation right. I want to thank him for taking the time to go over and above to explain Belles condition.

Used this place for pet hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Got our pet back after 4 days without issues. Staff took very good care of our pet.

My referring vet was prepared to put my most favorite dog I have ever cared for in my life down. As it turned out beyond by expectations, no surgery was required, "Jack may recover in one month". I must admit it was touch and go for Jack would not eat or drink. It was a painful month, yet we won, Jack is still alive! Jack is not jumping yet, give him another month.

I found a kitten in the middle of the freeway. She was missing an ear and had skin torn off. I knew I was going to give this kitten a forever home. No other vets in the area "had the time" even though I was paying for the emergency services. But these folks were a great help! Every person in that building was extremely helpful and addressed all of my concerns as well. Lucky is recovering better than I would've hoped. THANKS YOU ALL!

I was told by a regular vet that my four year old dachshund needed to be put to sleep that his slipped disks couldn't be repaired and all this other garbage. I took my little guy to Dr Frey who was SO kind and knowledgeable. He correctly diagnosed my dog and did surgery to repairs his disks and that little dog lived happily, running and playing the rest of his 15 years of life. I am still grateful to Dr. Frey after all these years. He is the best!
