Jen always does an amazing job with my hair. I have very thick hair and it takes a patient stylist to dye it. Jen always makes it look so natural

I came to Salon Salon for a wedding updo. The owner styled my hair, and the styling looked good, but he was incredibly presumptuous. Without asking or warning, he cut 4 inches off the hair that frames my face. I have curly hair so this will take months to regrow and it keeps curling out in stupid directions.
