I’m giving it four stars simply because it’s always cold in here. Which takes away from the eating experience when I have to leave my jacket on the whole time. Always clean and the staff is friendly and attentive.

Only got 8 slices of fried pickles and the rest was fried garlic. The pickles were cold and soggy. Found a hair in the tex Mex bowl. All of the other food was good.

The food here is excellent, and service is good, especially when our favorite server Lauren is there. We always ask to sit in her section, over by the windows.
My only comment is that the food presentation varies from excellent to just fair. I'm on a strict gluten-free diet, so I often order a burger without the bun. Sometimes my burger comes beautifully deconstructed on a rectangular plate -- a real visual feast. Other times all the elements of the burger (meat, bacon, cheese, veggies) are piled together at one end of the plate and my side order is in a bowl at the other end, with no attempt to make it pretty.
But seriously, if my only problem is that my food isn't always as pretty as I would like, that's a very small issue in an otherwise VERY good experience.
