Place was not busy at all. Haven't been to a PF Chang's in about a year since I got sick last time I went. Sat at the table and were completely ignored for 5-7 minutes. Waited for another couple minutes trying to get anyone to make eye contact before my growling stomach convinced me to leave.

Great service! We had a wonderful experience and it was all due to our waiters. Erin stood out as charismatic and attentive. We were unhappy with the honey chicken and this is the only reason I am giving four stars instead of five.

Poor outside service. Me and my girlfriend went for a 3rd time to P.F. Chang's thinking maybe this time it would be better following the first 2 poor serviced visits. This time was no different, in fact it was actually the worst of the 3. It took us 15-20 minutes for a waiter to even take our drink orders let alone serve them. Both of our soups came our room temp. Our meal that we split, which we got in the past, was greatly downsized and lacking meat even though I ordered extra for the extra $3.00 (I mean literally I only found 3 shrimp and 6 pieces of bite sized beef and it was supposed to feed 2). So at the end of the day, this place is overrated. Prices or way too high with no service and quality to match. I've had way better experiences at Ping On just 3 miles away.

One of my most favourite restaurants. Every time I am in a town that has a P.F. Chang's I eat there. LOVE the garlic chili green beans!!

Service was good, except that the soup arrived after the main course . Food was disappointing. We ordered 3 items: coconut curry veggies, beef a la sichuan, and a soup. Judging by the taste and appearance, there was no/negligible coconut in the coconut curry. Also there were tiny pieces of fried fish in the vegetarian curry: perhaps some previous residue in the oil. The beef, which was described as spicy, was mushy and sweet. When they noticed that I didn't eat any of the beef, they did offer refund for that part.
