Great restaurant for lunch or dinner. Desserts are excellent as well. Also has a great space upstairs for a private party.

The atmosphere is really cool. The food is sub par. My husband tried goat testicles as part of the testicle festival that was going on. Those were free and he said it was the best part of his meal...

Waitress was awesome!! Perk that she was unbelievably attractive. Foods great. Drink prices are the same. You're in NY, you're gonna spend on alcohol. Skip the bar. Bartender was ehhh. Get seat instead. Goo there. You won't be disappointed.

That place was excellent. Highly recommend if you are looking for good fish or a burger.

Rileys is just one of those places you have to try if you are in Syracuse. There fresh menu and cool decor are just a few of the many reasons it's such a popular spot. The staff was attentive and the food was very good. Make sure you order dessert!
