The only good part of this experience was the fact that we were seated within 5 minutes of arriving but at what felt like the smallest table in the whole place. I felt like a sardine in a can. Next, it took our waiter 20 to 25 minutes before he even came to greet us, which we had scoured the menu two to three times by then and had changed our mind probably 7 times.
When he finally arrived he was sweet but a tad bit awkward and jumpy, unsure whether he was on something or if that was just his usual personality. The wait for the drinks, appetizer, and main course wasn’t bad at all. Rather speedy and I was impressed, except our burgers were very very well done not medium well as requested. They really needed to make sure that cow wasn’t mooing I believe. However when he asked if we needed any sauces, I said yes, gave him what I wanted, and I believe he took my request and just chucked it out the window because I never got it. About 20 minutes after we had finished eating he came over to check in which is when I requested a dessert to go. Another 20 minutes later he came back without dessert in hand saying it’d be a few more minutes. I explained we needed the bill ASAP because my guest was supposed to leave way prior to this for work. Finally got the bill and dessert a few seconds later. I get home and not only was the advertised brownie not a basic brownie (quite non edible) the ice cream was so frozen I was eating ice chips. Which I have ice cubes in my freezer if I wanted to do that. Overall, this experience was absolutely terrible and we will not be coming back.

The service was terrible! Over $11 for a margarita that could not have been any bigger than 6-8oz 😡 then we find out there’s only 4 apps you can choose from for the “endless appetizers” the food was good just WAY over priced and the portions are tiny.

Stopped into this location with my wife and 2 kids. We were very tempted to leave after we were seated due to the fact that the music in the restaurant was comfortably loud. Our waitress was very good, but had a hard time hearing her due to the loud music. My wife and I felt very bad for the employees that have to work long shifts there. We're not sure what the management was thinking by having it so loud in there. You would think they would want an atmosphere where people could sit and have conversations with each other. When we got our food they had screwed up my wife's order. She asked for a prime rib sandwich with no horseradish sauce and of course it was completely drenched in it. My wife just asked to have it taken off the bill because she didn't want to have to sit there and endure the ear blasting music for an extra 15 to 20 minutes it would've taken to have another one made. Right before we left the table next us had asked for the manager because they had screwed up their order as well. Needless to say we will not be coming back.

Went to eat lunch at this restaurant, and the food was delicious, I was very satisfied. The waitress we had was very polite, and explains everything thoroughly. The atmosphere was clean, and the restrooms were clean to! I got a Bacon Cheeseburger, and it was the best burger I had! It was cooked perfectly the way I wanted it, and their fries had a lot of flavor to them! Best fries I have had in a long time. Defiantly will be returning here to eat again!

The overall experience was good. The waitress so friendly and very attentive. She made great recommendations on drinks and meals. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The atmosphere was good.
