great sound and atmosphere. pit is easily separated from the floor which is great for those who arent willing to get punched in the face a few times.

Love the small club experience for bands. You get to feel like you are right up close even if you aren't.

Awesome venue for some awesome bands. Nice bar. It's a little small for some of the bands that play there and it gets INSANELY hot and humid at some points. But other than that, pretty sweet venue.

Overall, one of the best local venues for small bands. I would caution you to arrive early if you're seeing a band that ANYONE has heard about, since people do line up for doors. I would also recommend bringing music ear plugs, there are HUGE speakers in this place and you will almost certainly end up standing near them. They also help you to hear the music, since the mixing isn't always spot on.

Definite dive bar and absolutely perfect for watching your favourite bands. It's small but the floor levels are split which makes viewing easy from almost any area. Acoustics sound great, and I would easily come here again if I there was a band I loved coming through here!
