Food was good. Small portions but 4 course meal fills you right up. Very pricey as well.

Never coming back here again, we had a terrible experience. We were the 2nd ones in line when they opened up for the day. There were not that many people and it took almost 3 hours for our entire experience. Our waiter did not ask to refill our water ONCE and never did for the entire 3 hours my family and I were there. I asked her for water, but we still didn't get water, so I had to drink my brother's water. The food was so basic and you get small portions. It took almost 3 hours for our meal, which I'm not sure why, when most of the cooking we did ourselves. The server made the cheese fondue and gave us the veggies and bread, then disappeared. Gave us our salad, then disappeared. After 1.5 hours we finally got our entree, which was uncooked and we had to cook it in the hot pot broth.... I just don't understand why the heck did it take so long for things to be prepped when there was absolutely no cooking involved by the chefs. 3 hours for our food is WAY too long. We were the only ones there at the time too! Overall, cheese fondue, food, and chocolate fondue were mediocre, nothing special for the price you pay. The only good thing about our experience was the chocolate fondue. The chocolate and dippers were small, but delicious. Overall, the meal was expensive, we didn't get water refills, you don't get enough food, and the hostess was extremely rude to us. Not sure why people go to this place. I'm not coming back and I don't recommend that my friends come here.

Started off great until main meal was done then it took 45 min for desert. Had to get our own silverware off another table. Whole meal experience took 2 hours and 25 min. Way to long for an average meal that you cook.

Food was good but not super, service was friendly when she found time to visit us. But it took an hour before we were seated and got our first drinks. Service was slow and we had to wait long in between each course.
For the amount we spend we would expect great food and great service. Going somewhere else next time.

Fun experience but would not want to repeat. $150 meal for 4 and was not impressed. Waiter was nice, but table sloppy, slightly dangerous with hot burner in middle of table and boiling liquid, my son actually burned his face from splashing liquid. Food was fresh, but you cook it yourself without a lot of direction. Cheese was awesome and they made it at table. Fun once but would not repeat.
