First off, who calls and leaves a message that they will be changing your scheduled appointment time from 11:15 to 8:30 unless you called back to tell that, that won't work. Don't change anybody's time unless you talk to them directly! I've had that scheduled appointment for 6 months.
Going to be looking for another dental office if they changed my appointment time when I go in.

Having a dental emergency with infected tooth. After having been put on hold two times, the third call in, their nurse told me the nearest appointment available was 8 months out. Very hard to wait with an infection. This clinic is advertised on Google as a free clinic and is actually fee based to be level with all the other dental offices in the area. No reduced rates available for those without insurance or low income wage earners.
