My family has been going to Syracuse Dental Assoc for about 8 years now. Over the years, we have worked with 4 of the dentists and several of the staff. All of us have different dental issues d/t sports injuries, ancient fillings, and just being a little kid with wonky teeth. We have always been treated with respect and gotten very good care. The billing staff have been very helpful as we have changed insurances a few times. I have referred several friends who are also happy with their care. One of our friends had no insurance and they were able to work out a payment arrangement that he was very happy with.

Don't be fooled by their website. After putting off wisdom tooth surgery for years due to my anxiety, I finally got up the courage and scheduled an appointment at this place. They took X-rays and did a cleaning, and then informed me they actually didn't do wisdom tooth removal and tried to refer me somewhere else. Even though their website clearly states wisdom tooth removal. Their site also mentions dental anxiety and fear, but they did nothing to soothe me whatsoever. In fact, the assistant made rude remarks that made me even more self conscious. Later, it took forever for them to figure out my insurance, which I never had a problem with before, and then sent me a hand-written bill with my name spelled wrong. Unprofessional. It's now years later and I still haven't had my wisdom teeth removed because of the bad taste this place left of Syracuse area dentists.
