The office staff and dental team work very well together.

It shows during the busy end of the year rush by patients trying to make appointments and the team accommodating us the best way they can.

It was a special day for Craig the office manager and he was still as professional as can be.

I inquired while waiting with my insurance provider about coverage for a treatment and they were patient with me and also accommodated me to have the recommended treatment done the same day if I was willing to wait.

ASPEN is the better dental provider !

My experience here was bad. I felt that the patients are valued and treated based on the way they can pay for the services being offered. If you are capable of paying out of pocket they treat you well. The doctor was very impatient and behaved as if a favor was being done (which was true I wont deny that!) I didn't feel safe continuing with the treatment and I literally had to walk out of the treatment room as he was not patient enough to listen to me before beginning the treatment.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff is so friendly and made me feel so much better about getting a root canal. I'm always pleased with the work they do and I will continue to go to Aspen for all dental needs. I have recommended to many of my family and friends to go to this office.

I had a very satisfying and pleasant experience with my appointments with Aspen Dental in DeWitt, NY. The staff wasvery friendly and accommodating (I even got a piece of birthday cake for someone they were celebrating that day - you don't find that anyplace!). The gentleman that is making my dentures seems very knowledgeable and definitely a "people person." His aides were also friendly and knew just what had to be done. The procedures were very fast. The admin on the front desk pursued difficult insurance procedures with style and grace, being very apologetic for my wait. I look forward to the finished product next week.

The staff was excellent! Everyone was very nice. I didn't wait long at all as a new patient. The dental hygienist was thorough and we discussed the cleaning she recommended for the next appointment. I was just getting my scans done and the dentist took his time to go over them with me. Bonus: He's super cute!...lol Overall it was a good experience and I hate going to the dentist!
