Facilities are pleasant, clean and up-to-date. Online appointment system is wonderfully simple and convenient. Check-in process was a breeze using the Phreesia tablets. Staff was incredibly personable and professional. I cannot say enough great things about the NP and nurse I saw - took the time to go over my health history with me and answer all of my questions in-depth. Planned Parenthood, on the whole, is an invaluable resource in addressing the well-care needs of women and men alike, and this location is no exception. Would have given it 5 stars if not for the inordinately long wait to be seen (about an hour past my appointment time).

You can't even set up an appointment on here, it's only letting you see one day and only 4 times, I can't do it the day IT wants, WTF

This is a wonderful office! The staff is very nice, they accommodate you in whatever way they can, and they never rush you through like most other places. I always leave feeling like they really cared about me and my well-being. Highly recommend!

Staff is VERY rude to patients. They are not fully honest on what they did to me. They also refuse to give me my medical information and think the best way to treat patients is to leave them on hold. I called to get some information to give to my PCP I could not call until after 4pm. So I was left on hold from 4:15-5pm so when I called back the office was closed. With the dirty exam rooms with weird looking bugs crawling throughout the place I do not want to step foot near another Planned Parenthood office again.
