Wonderful staff! I used their venue for my wedding and could not have been happier! They did a fantastic job and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reception venue!

Pretty snazzy place. The rooms are outdated, but the new lobby renovation is super nice. The check in and open your room with the Hilton app is pretty cool do. Don't even have to talk to anyone if you don't want to.
Wish they would fix the balcony doors though. I almost give myself a hernia trying to open them every time I stay here. I'm a reformed smoker, I only vape now. Every though it's harmless and smells like I burned a fruit flavored candle when I use it, I still don't do it inside. Those balconies could be nice. Yes. I realize this is Syracuse and it's rarely if ever nice outside, but I still go out even if it's snowing sideways. I've stayed here probably 10 times in the last 2 years and it's nicer every time I go.

First of All, I would like to Thank Greg from the front desk for all his help and Great Customer Service! The Hotel is nice and clean, same goes for the rooms. They have an indoor pool for winter time. They only have soft pillows in the room, I wish they had at least one firm pillow, even if it is in the closet. Breakfast is not included though.

Really nice hotel. Really clean, had large rooms, comfy bed, and has a nice pool to use. Breakfast isn't included, but there's a McDonald's a minute away where you can eat. There's also many restaurants nearby which are open late (11pm). Overall, a great hotel.
