So nice and very pleasant staff. The room was amazing. My brother enjoyed to option to go borrow a Xbox from the front desk. Also a nice bonus was it was right on the Syracuse half marathon course.

Second visit J C. So impressed by first visit had to go again. This place is our go to destination when we visit the beautiful city of Syracuse. This is a warm friendly clean and very well appointed establishment. Going back again at the end of January can't wait. Give J C a try you won't regret it we haven't Paul and Deb

Great location at the quieter corner of downtown. Short walk to restaurants, bars, venues. Convenient parking right near the hotel, or valet for free. Friendly staff who look you in the eye and ask if there is anything they can do for you. Custom-prepared breakfast delivered to your table. Spacious, well-appointed and spotless rooms. Welcome mats that say "Good Morning", "Good Afternoon" and "Good Evening" and are changed out three times a day. Very pleasant home base for your stay in Syracuse. Can't go wrong!

My wife and I had an anniversary party in Syracuse and chose the Jefferson Clinton as our hotel for room our guests and could not have been happier with our decision! The staff was amazing and all of our guests continually complimented us on our choice of hotel, the staff, the valet service, almost everything. From the smooth check-in process to the always available refreshing lemon water and amazing breakfast I do not know how they could have done any better a job of making our experience anymore enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The only down side was there is only 1 elevator in the hotel so it can be a little slow when you are trying to move a lot of luggage when the hotel is full. Would highly recommend again!
