After having the same insurance company for many years I decided to change with the purchase of a new car. Mike's company was the perfect fit. I have better coverage now and my premiums are lower. Staff is always available and very professional and accommodating.

We moved from out of state and had to show proof of renter's insurance before we could move in to our new apartment. Mike and his team were incredibly helpful to give us a competitive quote and set us up with a policy that fit our needs. He did all of this over the phone and via email because we couldn't meet in person. He took the time to educate us on areas we were unfamiliar with and was very helpful throughout the process. Timely, friendly, organized... we would highly recommend this company for anyone in the Syracuse area!

I have been a customer on and off over the years in varying capacities. The last few have been full on with homeowners and auto combined and let me say it was a great move that has resulted in substantial savings let alone awesome service! LOVE the video's that Mike puts together to review policies for those not able to make it to the office. You are missing out by not giving Crowley Insurance at least a look at all your policies.

Ive been with Mike Crowley for over 10 years. Crowley is family owned and operated. The ladies in the East Syracuse branch are so nice and very helpful. They know who you are when you call. Couldn't ask for better costumer service. When ever I have a question about Auto or Renters, Mike responds immediately. He is always reviewing our polices and make sure we are getting the best value. Top notch, service and treated like one of the family
