I spent 33 years in bank management. Upon my retirement, I opened a commercial account for my small jewelry business. This institution is the most lackadaisically managed bank I have ever encountered. I do not mean the local employees at any of the branches. The online baking system has been unreliable. I have been charged for bank errors. I have been inconvenienced by bank errors that have been unable to be resolved on the spot. The online system is currently unavailable and has been for days. A double payment was made for a payment made online. It was a system glitch and I ended up getting almost 500.00 in fees. It took me a week to resolve it, and honestly I don't think the person in Auburn who reversed the fees understood the system glitch, and acted as if she was doing me a huge favor. Very poor from the top down.
