After assuring me that she would "expedite" the process of my child attaining his first wheelchair, nothing was done until 5 months later- one month after I started calling to see what was going on. Impossible to reach her personally, her secretary is left to deal with people wondering what is going on. My son is almost 4 now, and is still crawling on the floor thanks to the ineptitude of this person and her associates. DO NOT GO HERE if you actually need something. She should question her occupation at this point, since all she did was negatively impact my son and his development.
