Long lines, mediocre food. The queso is disgusting.
And there's a very high chance of beggars asking for money, or threatening and chasing you on your way in or out.

Sloppy.
Poorly wrapped burritos, half stocked soda fountain and utensil area were let downs. Dining room was not clean, line was short but wait was long. Food cooked well.

The staff don't know what Samsung Pay is. I told them several times that you don't need a specific reader for samsung pay and you just tap the thing, but they did not understand my words and just kept telling me that they don't support "APPLE PAY". I almost got pissed off.

Too slow! They don't know how to manage two lines. I am waiting for my order and they are doing orders from online. For this wait I might as well sit somewhere nice to eat. Mind you, Chipotle isn't exactly cheap food. So you are better off going to an actual restaurant than waiting in a line for an hour.
