Best BBQ you will ever find.
Food is always hot and fresh. The most tender fall off the bone ribs.
Beef brisket is amazing.
And the corn bread is the best.
If you still have room try the peanut butter cup pie. Its sooooo good- very sweet.

Local syracuse historic restaurant. BEST BBQ AROUND. always fresh BBQ sauce made by the store and great if you have a spicy tolerance as well. Excellent deals like the family meal which gives you a huge amount of food to feed 4 to 6 people for $70. Really solid deal. Local music as well too frequently and there is a great upstairs place for receptions and dinners.

Fun and entertaining atmosphere. The BBQ is excellent! I lived in Texas most of my life, so I know good BBQ. The bark on the brisket and ribs were perfect. The pink line from the smoke was there. The ribs didn't fall of the bone, but had a little pull to get it off. The rib-eye just melted in my mouth. The greens were delicious, not bitter at all! I can't think of a better place in Syracuse, NY to get great BBQ.

There is nothing bad to say about the food, except for I wish it was healthier. The atmosphere is great. The only down side is that the wait can be very long both during peak hours and on non-peak hours. I minimum will wait an hour to be able to eat here. It would be awesome if they expanded!

Honestly my favourite restaurant. Even when there is a lineup it's worth the wait. The best BBQ I've ever had and there's something on the menu for everyone. Mac and cheese is sneaky good. Fries are always crispy on the outside fluffy inside with just the right amount of salt. This place even does desert right.
