Good burgers and endless fries. Service is always fast and friendly. Just expect to pay a bit more than your average fast food burger. The newly renovated store is also very nice.

We came in today with a large group (over 10 people) and our waiter Jared was just great! So attentive and helpful. Great food and even better service. Deffinetly recommend.

Milkshakes are amazing and the endless fries are good too. Could have taken a star off because of an under-cooked burger, but they made it right and brought one out that was properly cooked. The properly cooked burger tasted good as well.

My family and I ate here for the first time today, and it didn't start out so good. Food was cold, and they messed up my burger a couple of times. The manager, Craig, came over and talked to us and was supper sweet about re-making the burger as well as taking it off my bill! Overall, it was a great first experience and we will definitely be back! Thanks Craig :)

Last time I went to Johnny Rockets at the Syracuse Mall there was an elderly couple swing dancing out front to the house music - I don't think they were with the resturant but it was awesome! It totally accented the style of the resturant. The food is great as far as fast food burgers go, the shakes are awesome and the prices are reasonable. Fun ambiance for the whole family!
