Happy hour only sitting at the bar....chicken sandwich..not that good.
Choose draft beer carefully...staff nice.

Great coffee! But the inside is not fully handicap accessible we couldn't sit in the coffee lounge but they set us up with a small tableTo enjoy our drinks. The guy who waited on us was amazing and super helpful!

Innovative spin on classic dishes showing some extra attention to vegetarian fare. Black bean burger was smoky greatness and the risotto was cooked to perfection. Prices were just right or under.

My bridal shower was hosted here and I can't say enough good things about Phoebe's. The atmosphere is wonderful; it's a really lovely building. The staff were so extremely friendly, helpful, and polite. The food was fantastic and the cook sent out special dishes for my 2 guests with celiac during our buffet style party. I really had a great time and I will be coming back for a regular meal. Phoebe's looks like a great place for date night.
