Parking here is way to tight, and they over charge for the paid parking... You'd think if you was going to pay for a parking spot it would be as easy. I actually broke out a tape took a measurement from line to line thats spots across from each other. and its 6 foot 7in under code. And most free spots are taken by empty trailers.. The McDonald's inside is a dump atleast the people are nice, bathrooms are sick and never have showers ready.. Heres one star for just location

There was some guy walking around knocking on trucks door begging for money today. People are sick of others knocking on their doors asking for money. People work 14 hours per day and want to have undisturbed break.

First the bad, the parking sucks. If your not at truck stop and parked before it gets dark your not gonna find a parking spot! Pilot is across the street from a walk/run/bike path. The path is approxiamately 1.65 miles long.

This place has no concern what so ever about the truck drivers that pay their wages. If you need a place to stop then stop here just don't give them the gratification of taking your money. Demand respect and service as the truckers you are that keep this place open.

Was really looking forward to a shower. After inquiring what was taking so long it was revealed that the shower cleaner was literally drinking coffee out front. Having already wasted my time i couldnt stick around for this idiot to do his job. The counter staff was very helpful in issuing a refund.
