My wife and I used to frequent this location because of the excellent service, even though it was not the closest Red Lobster. We probably will not go out of our way to go there again.
Service was only OK. They seemed short-staffed even though it wasn't very busy.
Food was good (as always), we were just a bit disappointed with our service.

I rarely have a good experience. Tonight my friends wanted to go. I had all u can eat shrimp special. Scampi very dry so was the MediterMediterranean. Order 3 more mic lites for.table Served warm. With chilled.glasses. all 3 swnr back😢

Greeting at the door was pleasant and friendly Food was, or would have been great, if it wouldn't have sat in the kitchen as long as it did. We both have been servers, and definitely know when food sits under the heat lamps too long!!! Our waitress was terrible ...she started out very pleasant, and then would disappear...for long periods. On top of that, she was FIGHTING with another waitress and they even screamed at each at one point, right in front of guests!!! She forgot to refill waters or bring out other things that were asked for repeatedly also!!
Sad...as the rest of the staff seemed friendly.

Love Red Lobster just not this one... was not impressed with the service. HAD to ask for regular everyday items you get at Red Lobster. Multiple Requests for the same refills, no seafood fork with the crab legs, wet naps, or butter.. My crab legs were still submerged in water when I got them... literally more than half the order was under water. Maybe its a new serving style "still in boiling water", except the legs and water were ice cold... Asked for items for my daughter with special instructions because of dietary restrictions and they were not followed.. all around poor service and experience had by others around us as well. RED LOBSTER - HAD ZERO LOBSTERS IN THE FRONT TANK.. typically a staple at every RL I have ever been in, the tank usually has a few lobsters in it to entertain the kids etc. Very disappointing and thankfully not our first experience so we KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT (and enjoy) ELSEWHERE.

When we got there it seems like this place is going under. There is hardly anybody here for a Saturday night. We get to our table and it's dirty and still wet from the cleaning if you can call it that. We witnessed a waitress drop An Empty Glass full of ice all over the floor then never picked it up multiple employees saw it then walked over it. They never cleaned it up. When they brought our appetizer out the two plates were dirty that they gave us to eat on. The entrees were overpriced for what you got and not full of flavor.
It's sad to see the way this place has been run. We used to come here twice a month. I think this last visit has put the nail in the coffin.
