We took are parents for their 60th wedding anniversary.. Now my parents are very picky and very opinionated about restaurants ... they and us rated everything from the bread, oysters, crab legs lobster tails ,tenderloin, rib eye steak and wine a perfect 10. All food items were cooked to order, hot and fresh.. Servers were attentive and in synch and brought the meal in proper order and gave us time to eat, talk and have dessert. I have know idea about other's reviews. A very pleasant experience and we are glad we went to S&S.

Delish! Only critic I have is wish more salt on my steak, but I ate the entire thing without a complaint. Be mindful of cooking style, medium reads more like medium rare.

Most god awful steak I've ever had at a supposed steakhouse. Poor quality cut, under cooked, and totally flavorless. Service was terrible as well. Messed up our drink order, then trying to order another drink was impossible. Don't waste your time and money.

I'm not sure I was at the same place as some of these reviewers. Granted it was a first date and I might of been a little distracted but, from the time I walked in I fell in love with this place. We were greeted immediately and taken without delay to our table. The environment was so old school, kind of dim lighting and wood everywhere.
The food was excellent, while the salad bar isn't anything special that was okay, I wasn't there for salad. The clams were the best I have ever had, served with a house vinaigrette. We had a rack of lamb and a filet, both were cooked perfectly and very tasty. The desert was creme brulee and it was not good, bet you didn't expect that. Someone messed up and it was very gritty, 2 bites and done. Mistakes happen.
Now the service, spectacular! they work in a team, the room we were in basically had 3 waiters, a manager, and a cocktail server. This meant you were never waiting for someone to accommodate your needs. They were friendly, witty, knowledgeable, and fun! Probably the best part of the experience besides the amazing company I had with me. Just go and thank me later.
