If you do not know EXACTLY what you're getting and the price listed, they will try to over charge you. The "tech" tried to overcharge me by $20 & 2 other customers had to come to my defense when I called her out. This wasn't a matter of miscommunication, she was PURPOSEFULLY lying to me. I'll never go back.

I just got acrylics done here and they completely messed up my nails. My nails are extremely crooked and when I tried asking the guy to fix it he was rude and still didn't even fix it.

Worst experience ever getting a service done, lady doing my nails was judging me by my shaking do to a health problem I had and was very rude about it. Also disappointed in my first acrylic set I've gotten. Will not go back!

This was my first time coming here and I will never go back again came in for a manicure and a pedicure the girl that did them was extremely rude she rushed through all of it she asked me "Why did you come here?" Didn't make me feel welcome at all also said to me "we close soon everyone goes home early on Saturdays so I might not have time to do your manicure" she gave me dirty looks do not go here nothing but stuck up snobs that work here

Worst experience ever. I went for waxing on 3/24 at 7 pm. I had a lady that I mistakenly didn't take her name. Long hair, tatoo airbrows, wears glasses, no smile ever, so rude. She would leave areas of my body not done, and if you ask her to do it, she'll surprisingly say "but i did here already!!!". She spilled wax on my fingers, cleaned barely half of it, and got mad when i asked for tissue. Small and smelly place also, didn't ask me to flip over, so wasn't even comfortable. I hated my experience. Last time ever.
