They were on time. Cab driver super nice and asked me what way I thought was best(rush hour traffic DT) went the route I preferred and very professional. Only draw back was the car was dirty and smelled like smoke with a no smoking sign lol but hay I got where I had to go,quick and not bad fares.

The worest taxi ever! I waited for it one hour and I ask how long will the taxi arrive and it just says I don't know you shouldn't call again

Was picked up this morning (took 40 minutes for them to get there) then the cab driver took me the longest possible route. Charged me for 12.6 miles when I take a route that's only 7 miles. Was charged $30 to go from Liverpool/North Syracuse into the city. Was so frustrated and wanted to get out of there I handed her $40 and left. She got a $10 tip from me for taking forever, going the longest route, then charging a ridiculous amount. My fault I guess.

I never got confirmation on an online request for a taxi the following day at 5am. So i called to confirm. The guy was rude in the first words, so I told him to cancel that appointment. He never even asked me who i was and hung up. Obviously he is not cancelling the appointment because he didn't even know who I was. I booked Syracuse Airport Taxi who's customer service was light years ahead of Dependable.
