I had an incredible experience at Veterinary Med Center. When my 5 month old puppy woke up lethargic and vomiting I knew something wasn't right. I took his temp, and once I saw how high it was I brought him right in. Having only lived in central New York for two weeks it was really hard to put all my trust into a vet clinic and team that I knew nothing about, but they beyond surpassed my expectations. They did everything they could for my boy, and kept me updated along the way. We went over every option we had at each stage of the game, and they were ultimately able to give an accurate diagnosis and therefore appropriate treatment plan. If I ever have another vet emergency, I definitely know where to go!!!

I have brought two dogs here, and each time they were very helpful and understanding. They try to help you out with whatever budget you have, and they do everything they can do help your animal. They were all so nice and caring. Thank you for helping my puppies!

Great animal hospital. We've had to take our cat there on more than one occasion. This last visit, they basically saved his life. He now requires some fairly extensive care, but the staff at this establishment has really gone above and beyond helping him and us.

Can't thank them enough! Wasn't sure what was going on with my cat, all I knew was she was acting strange and this place promptly got her in and figured out the issue. Not only did they take good care of her, they even called me today to follow up on how she was doing! Also, the price for an emergency visit was not as bad as I had anticipated. Highly recommend them! Every single staff member we encountered was compassionate and helpful.
