I was very disappointed. I am an Emerald Club Member, I booked my reservation online and requested a child seat. First off I had to wait in line instead of being able to just go out and get my car. Second, the special line for members was closed. Third the child seat that I requested was not there, after traveling all day with a one year old, we still had to wait 45 min for this car seat. Fourth, we were just handed this car seat, it was not brought to the car, so now we have all our luggage and car seat to bring all the way to the spot in the lot where the car was parked. Fifth, this child seat was very unsafe. It did not lock tightly into the car, and yes we read the directions and made sure it was installed correctly. Lastly, I called to voice my complaints and no one from the company call to address any of these issues.

Got a free upgrade to a roomier vehicle which was handy. Also had best price. All good.

Needed a car for two days had to drive 60 miles from Tallahassee airport each way. Was given a Cadillac SUV and loved it. I felt so much better driving in a larger new safe vehicle. Awesome, Small airport so picking up and dropping off were a breeze.

I love this location! If I reserve the day of, they are always prompt and have me in and out. If I reserve early, when I walk in, I am out in less than two minutes! The cars are always clean as well.

My recent experience renting a car from National in Tallahassee, Fl was pleasant and enjoyable. The counter staff was very helpful and suggested a great place to eat in the city for a first time visitor. The car pick-up and return was easy. When I return I look forward to renting again.
