If I could give them a 0 I would. Horrible customer service. Told one thing but it was something else. Received a surprise bill 5 months later. Called the office only to get Jodice with the "I think & It could be" answer. Then I askedd for the manager & she seemed bothered & even told me she had to cut her lunch short... God forbid she had to cut her lunch short & why did she feel the need to tell me that... Long story short I paid the money & transferred my records to another dentist office!

All around an awesome place to get work done. The staff is as friendly and caring as possible and the dentist I had, Dr. Meckelberg, is incredibly professional and is really willing to cater your experience and dental work to what you need. Wish I could give 10 stars.

I was overcharged and given unnecessary treatments. A “goody bag” was given to me, only to find out I was charged $65 for it. Used car salesmen aren’t this deceiving. The dental hygienist charged me $130 for a toothbrush I NEVER agreed to purchase. No one could clearly explain to me all of my charges. I had an emergency and this office exploited my situation. Just a HORRIBLE, AWFUL, and NIGHTMARE experience. This office should be shut down. All of this is sad because the dentist was really good, but it was very apparent everyone in the office was trying to get paid.

Not even deserving of 1 star. Made an appointment for a biannual Cleaning. Spent the whole first appointment doing new patient exams and was told I had to make an ADDITIONAL appointment for a cleaning. I did so, against my better judgement. Show up for a cleaning And was asked for a $350 payment before the cleaning. When I told them a cleaning should be covered by insurance, they replied that I “needed a deeper cleaning than just a regular cleaning.” I’ve never missed a dentist appointment, brush& floss. Recommendation: find a smaller dentist office. One that truly has your best interest in mind, not just your pocketbook.

The staff was so polite and helpful. I was able to get an appointment within about 3 days. Then the exam and X-rays were about the most comprehensive I've ever had. I had a need to make financial arrangements and was treated with so much kindness and patience it brought tears to my eyes. The doctor and assistant were so careful and attentive. I came out with a new appreciation for Aspen Dental. My permanent crown will be here in about a week and will schedule further work after that.
