I made a first time call to Dr. Craig's office regarding a certain tooth bleeding and was immediately scheduled the next day for a cleaning as a first time patient. Her staff is very courteous and professional and makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door. Dr.Craig is extremely professional and thoroughly, carefully explains her plan of action concerning your dental health. I would highly recommend her practice to any one in the Tallahassee area who is looking for a great dentist.

I needed a crown that would take an additional week with his current carrier. Why didn't he switch if he knew this? An obvious sign he didn't care. Next, my temporary crown was poorly put on by the assistant solo and repeatedly, very painful. Going the weekend with a poorly set crown is like not having one. Weeks later the new crown is put on by the doctor. No complaints after that but I won't be returning. And stop touching your face with your gloves doc, it's gross. Your face isn't sterile.
