See their Facebook page for my incredibly long review since Google won't let me publish. People need to know how in-compassionate this practice truly is. Do not go here for anything more than a cleaning - you will still have to deal with rude staff and if you are in pain, don't expect them to relieve you, even with a dental paste or something like it for ulcers created by a device I was given by Dr. Montalvo. I will not be returning, I have cancelled all of my appointments and I hope no one has to deal with the sarcastic and incompetent people who work there.

Horrible customer service. I called and scheduled an appointment in January along with my son. When I got there they said I did not have an appointment but my son did So I had to reschedule.
When I went back 5 weeks later they tell me they called left a message that I need to call back to confirm my appointment (new policy) and because I did not call back to confirm they cancelled.
Who does that? When u have an appointment you go. When u can't make it you call and cancel. I have been going there for three years, needless to say IM DONE. NEW POLICIES SHOULD BE MAILED. PEASE BEWARE, YOU HAVE BERN WARNED!!!!

These guys are great. I like them a lot. I have dental insurance which I explained to them. They accepted my insurance. The office is elegantly decorated. I was seen on time. The staff were very friendly. Very knowledgeable. The doctor came in and introduced himself and checked on what the staff were doing. A couple of weeks later I received an invoice by mistake, billing me for services which insurance was to have paid for. Since I live a ways away from the clinic, I wrote them a letter, explaining that I was of the impression that I was not to have received this bill. A couple of days later I received a very courteous phone call from Diana confirming that in point of fact I was correct and she would write off the bill. This office is a class act. I recommend this office most highly.

Have been going to this dentist for 2 years or so and have always received excellent care and service. Staff takes the time to ensure you are well taken care of and the Drs are always very nice. Will refer family and friends to this office;
