Saw Dr. Baig today. He was cold, and unfriendly and spent about 30 seconds on me, acted like he didn't want to be bothered by my questions and gave me the impression that he did not care about my well being. He just wanted me up and out and wanted my money. He told me the worst news about my tooth. I went home in tears.The lady tech who took my x-rays was very nice. I was scared and worried, and she made me feel better. Wish I got her name. The Tech gets five stars.

I feel bad for all of the people that have had bad experiences here. My husband and I started going here in February of 2017 and have nothing but a great experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've seen both Dr. Baig and Dr. Shaik and both are very professional and good at what they do. We're happy with the service we receive here and will continue to go here. I'm even referring my mother here. If anything changes I will definitely update my review.

Absolute the most rude people on the planet! Tried to make an appointment and have never been treated like this! I only asked them to explain something for me and she slammed the phone down. Horrible ...DO NOT USE THEM!

My initial visit was horrible. Went after many years of not being able to go to a dentist due to no insurance, no money. Doctor was very rude and made a flippant comment as to why I couldn't afford $100 to go to a dentist. I told him he obviously never had to worry how to feed his kid or put gas in his car as a single parent. Left there feeling bad and they never gave me the prescription for the mouthwash they said I needed to use for my next visit and it was never called in. Fast forward two weeks later and I still do not feel comfortable with them so I called 2 days ahead of time to cancel my appointment. I was left on hold for 22 minutes!! A woman named Chelsea answers the phone and gets an attitude. She doesn't answer "Hello this is Chelsea how may I help you?" I get "Chelsea". That's it! I say I'm not Chelsea she goes "I know that. What do you need?" I said "Well after 22 minutes..." and she cuts me off. Very unprofessional and I'm so glad I cancelled with them. I can see why they have so many bad reviews. They all need attitude adjustments in there.

The office is very rude! I will be moving myself and my kids somewhere else. The Dr. was awesome but his staff need more training and will drive his business into the ground. No wonder he's always accepting new patients.
