One of the worse experiences I've ever had with a doctor. He was waaayyyy too rough when giving a pelvic exam. He rushed me out of the office immediately after. Didn't even ask if I had any additional questions. Seemed to not care about my concerns at all. I am in pain from the pelvic exam I recieved because of how rough he was! And to think I paid a 40 dollar copay just to end up in worse pain than I already was. I will be sure to never be seen by him again.

Dr. Alexander Franz is exceptional! He's skilled in surgery, knowledgeable in his field and does not waste time. My husband and I are grateful to have met him. God bless you, Dr. Franz! - The Winfuls

I would NOT recommend this place or this MD to anyone expecting. They have terrible customer service, it is more of a business than a doctor's office. The MD is cold and impersonal and rude. So if you do go to this place make sure you request a different doctor.

This place did not live up to my wife's and my standards. They are far too large to give any kind of personal care. You walk in as a number, that's all. There is very little continuity among their large staff of MD's. My wife had some problems and was admitted at TMH. It took us a lot of begging just to get the on-call MD from NFWC to stop in for 5 minutes. Once he finally came, it was apparent that he didn't even bother to read her medical history and profile. What's worse, when I began to realize he knew nothing about my wife's medical history or current condition (despite the fact that she had been a patient with their office for over two years, and was 18 weeks pregnant with a fetus that was likely to not live) and I asked whether particular RELEVANT information was in her medical file, he said "no." Ten minutes later, a staff MD from TMH came in our room - she had read my wife's file going back 10 years and knew more about her history than the NFWC MD (including what I quizzed the NFWC MD on). So the NFWC MD not only didn't do his homework, he lied to us about that information not being in my wife's file. How can you trust such a person (ie, a liar), MD or otherwise? If you want to be treated like you have a bar code slapped across your forehead, go to NFWC. If you care about your health and the health of your baby, find an OB-GYN that doesn't have a Wal-Mart/Sam's Club world view!
