$331.00 for a simple eye exam. The equipment they use was the same equipment that I saw in past eye exams 30 years ago. That is highway robbery. I guess someone has to pay for that pretty new building their in.

Staff very professional with good interpersonal skills. Dr. Ko is a good doctor, to be under her care. Thanks to all for making, what could have been a somewhat traumatic experience, most comforting.

First, I would like to say that the front office staff is very attentive and seem to REALLY be the only ones who genuinely care about my issue. I saw Dr. Ford (over a month ago) and since that time I have been waiting on a eye drop medication to be filled. However, due to the lack of follow through and attentiveness and communication with BCBSFL this medication has fallen through the cracks.
Update: 8/7/17 After my first couple of visits this office has REALLY changed my experience with them. The negatives have turned into positives. They have come thorough, attentive and helpful. They got the ball rolling and have regained must trust and my opinion of them. Insurances can be a nightmare for medical practitioners to deal with and honestly I believe my insurance was the reason my original opinion of this office was deteriorated. Now, with their assistance and stick to it attitude, I am getting the treatment I need.

I cannot say enough good things about the excellent care that I received from Dr. Kato and the rest of the staff at Eye Associates of Tallahassee. They were courteous, caring, patient, and completely professional. I couldn't be more pleased. I'm also extremely grateful; my life has been changed for the better as a result of their fine work.

I have been a long time patient of Eye Associates and, specifically, Dr. Weaver and the team at his practice. I have had all my routine as well as emergent eye issues addressed in an exemplary fashion by everyone from the reception desk and in eye wear to the techs that handle all the preliminary exams. Dr. Weaver and his staff are helpful, compassionate and timely in their patient care and I would trust my eyes to no other physician or practice without exception.
