they nice to come get me and take me home to get tested. however im still trying to get ahold of them and only keep get to leave voicemail to find out if i have std or not .. its frustrating not be able to get a hold of them . even nurse etc . advice , go get you tests done on own perhaps . cuz they not get back to me and i cannt get a hold of them probably unless i show in person . :-/

Waits take forever, employees seem hostile, and their method for appointments makes no sense. Also don't bother calling, you'll spend over half the time on hold. Sure, this facility exists for the greater good, but it's time they start acting like it.

They do not open on time or even put signs on the door to notify vistors that they won't be. Also have very slow service.

When I went there was some Tyneshia Arnold chick that acted like they should bow down to her and treat her like a queen. She was making a big deal about how they didn't suck up to her and I'm like, "who the heck is this ugly, fat chick and why is she acting like this." Then, the girl got up and walked out. It was much better after that. From now on, I'm going to call and see if Tyneshia is there before I go. She smelled really bad when she walked by me.

Other than that it was a decent place to get tested for AIDS.

I went to visit this place just because I was sent to them to claim temporary insurance. When I went up to the check in I stood there for a awhile before anyone ask me what they can help me with, not only that the clerk was standing their in my face. They didn't welcome me or greet me they act as if they didn't want to be their. So when she finally asked me what I needed she directed me to across the room to an office so I went in there the clerk in there didn't greet me or welcome me she act as if I knew where to go for my first time visit there then since she didn't ask what I needed I said "Goodmorning in here for such and such" she rudely answered me in way where I didn't even want to continue my visit. The workers there don't smile at you or greet you and they are very very rude.
