Very unprofessional employees and so called doctors that don't seem to have accurate information. They always have you waiting forever. I had to wait for an extra hour and my appointment was at 11am.This place really sucks. Does Tallahassee have any other clinics for people with no health insurance that gives good service ??They never answer the phone when you call to schedule appointments.

This is a good place for ppl with low income to get check ups when u don't have good or no insurance. The wait for walk ins and appt can be long so you should go on ur off day. The earlier, the better. They always try to find affordable medication for u. Copay is $5 and up. They go by your income.

By FAR the WORST customer experience I have EVER encountered in my life. Only put 1 star because I'm required too.
I've just called 16 times in a row trying to set up a new appointment and every single time they answer, laugh, and hang up?? It's like they don't want me to make an appointment and they're annoyed that I'm calling in the first place.
Do not waste your time with this place.

My son had a ER visit on a Sunday. Insulin dependant with 103.1 fever and sever back pain. He was treated and told to see ehis primary the next day. Called to make an appointment and get a refill for his insulin. Was told to come I'm immediately for a walk in appointment. He was turned away at the window after being skipped over by people that came in after us. Had to take him back to the ER. They didn't call his insulin to the pharmacy cuz they wanted to see him. Got there like they asked and was turned away. Please DON'T GO HERE!!! You'll meet your maker before you meet a dr.

Very Very Very unprofessional....Trying to make appointment for daughter and the staff needs some training on how to speak to new patients.
The individuals making appointments do not know what they are doing and are very rude when you ask questions. They seem incompetent and do not speak proper English!!! It is very loud in the background, you hear people talking so loud and laughing and when you ask the employee to repeat what they said because you can not hear them they get attitude.

The phones ring and ring once you get connected someone hangs up.
Please train the staff or you will lose a lot of patients because first impression is always the best and it starts with the individual on the other side of the phone.
Customer Service is the key to staying in business.
