Avoid this place if possible. They sent me a handwritten bill asking me to pay the amount which they claim did not print out because of computer error and when i called to confirm they quickly reduced the amount of the bill and told me they only accept cash no cheque. .and told me she can meet me up at the center to take the cash...SOUNDS like cash going in pocket

This place doesn't even deserve a one star. Reminds me of a medical center in a third world country, not here. What a joke. They think they don't have to serve the people they are PAID to serve, and when they do, its missed info, missed information, bad attitude, etc. Let me guess, this place is funded by the feds, so they get their money and that's ALL they care about. TERRIBLE place, unless you are African American, which figures anyway.

I would give them zero if it was allowed!!! They keep making appointments for my daughter without consulting her, they call and leave a message that she has an appointment and no clue which clinic or doctor she is to go to. They never leave a phone number to return their call, only that she has an appointment at X time, not even which clinic!!! We spent 2 days (Friday and Monday) trying to contact them about an appointment but no one EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!!!! And yes, the keep billing her even when she cannot go!!!

The doctor I've seen here is amazing, but the staff have not been very helpful. For a place that is supposed to be for mental health, they sure do work your nerves up. I've needed a medication refill for a week, I've called there twice and left messages, no body picks up the phone and I have yet to receive a call back. Just sad :(

Don't go here. Not only are they rude, but the facility operations make me question the quality of care given; however, I am not a medical professional. The equipment is old, and the assistant could not answer any of my basic questions in a meaningful way. I can almost never get them to answer the phone. Ever. So, making an appointment was a pain.
Now, I need my medical records, but of course that button for "records" doesn't work on their automated answering machine. I only get the operator saying I dialed a wrong number. This facility is really struggling.
