I just had a laser therapy treatment done for a stubborn birth mark and it has been a great experience! Kristen is wonderful. I've seen her a few times and she is always extremely professional, friendly, and informative. The procedure was a little painful but completely manageable and Kristen did a great job explaining everything before she began. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful and the cost was resonable. Would recommend! 😊

I go to Kristen for medical botox treatment for hyperhydrosis. She really helps me feel more comfortable and confident, she is always professional, and she makes what could be a painful procedure seem easy and manageable. She is amazing!

I went to visit Southeastern Plastic Surgery for a consultation. When I set up the appointment I asked if it was going to be consider a professional visit (for insurance purposes) and they had confirmed it.
After 2 consultation visits where I was not treated for anything, we just talked about the case, I received an outrageous bill because both visits were logged in their system as emergency visits (how can you make an appointment for emergency visit is not clear to me).
I then called in explaining what I was told (my visit were considered professional visits) and settle the bill as 2 professional visits.
A couple of months later I received a letter where I have been asked to pay the same co-payment I had already paid. I provided proof of payment and I was told that everything was fine.
I now received a collection letter for those 2 co-payment. When I called in to discussed this issue, once again, I was told that their system bills double, once for the doctor and once for the facility. Why nobody told me this and kept confirming that my visits were professional visits (so only 1 co-pay per visit) is beyond myself. This is a very bad business practice.
I feel I have been lied to and forced to double pay even though I asked explanation even before entering the office. To top it all off, they even sent my double payment request to collections.
I discourage anyone to work with Southeastern Plastic Surgery until they fix their internal billing system which is clearly messed up.
The doctor I had the consultations with, was professional and the visits were pleasant, but this unfortunately does not make it up for the poorly handled billing issue.
