I honestly forgot how nice it is to look my insurance agent in the eye, shake a hand and have all of my questions answered right away. I was never put on hold, asked to wait or told that someone would get back to me. Tom did an outstanding job for my family and my only regret was not switching sooner. Thank you Mr. Paterson and team.

I met Tom Paterson in BNI of NW FL Tallahassee Business League and really liked his go-getter attitude and positive outlook on life. I own a few properties and sent over my information for him to review. Tom was able to help me with my homeowner, auto and umbrella policies. We were able to increase coverage on my auto policy and I saved money too! He was honest about the policies that were better off staying where they were and the ones he could help me with. If you're looking for excellent customer service, and an agent who will educate and be there for you in a moments notice, I recommend Tom Paterson Insurance!

I've been buying car insurance for over 35 years, and felt the urge to say publicly that my experience with Tom Patterson Insurance, and Clay Ratliff has been the best customer service to date. Tom and his employee Clay, are always accessible, always make policy decisions easy, and always go out of their way to answer questions and make things easy for me and my family.

Not only did they save me a great deal of money(which is why I went to begin with), they send me helpful reminders, news letters with helpful hints, and even showed up to meet me there on a holiday, when they were closed to help me get a new policy on a boat I had purchased.

If you are looking for solid coverage at the best prices, and expect great customer service, you need not look any further than Tom Patterson Insurance.

I went to Tom Paterson's office after a friend advised me of him. I bought an auto policy and 2 others from him later that week. I was very happy with everything initally. Recently my policy went up, and I had some coverage that I felt I didn't need anymore and wanted to change. I have left 3 messages at his office over the past month and haven't heard a response yet. I finally decided to just call the corporate number and they were more helpful. I am now getting a new agent and possibly not staying with this company. I simply don't understand why you wouldn't call a person back who has several policies with you and just wants to edit their coverage. Very bad customer service!

We went with Tom Paterson Insurance when we bought our new house in the summer of 2012. Tom did a wonderful job in getting us the absolute best coverage for our new home, for the best possible price.

Not only did Tom set us up with an amazing policy, he saved us a lot of money. He was able to get maximum coverage on our home and couple it with another policy while being less expensive than anybody around.

We also switched our car insurance to Tom Paterson Insurance, and were able to increase our coverage while saving money. Not many agents can provide that type of service.

Above it all, if you demand exceptional service from your insurance agent, Tom Paterson Insurance is for you. With Tom and his staff, you always feel like you are their top priority, like you are a part of the family. Tom and his staff are available to answer any question I can think of, and I feel confident that my insurance needs are being met.
